Lorna's Passion for people started as an Intern at HSBC in their Learning and Development Team and was developed throughout a career at Lloyds working as a Performance and Development Manager. The behaviour of people is a key ingredient to a successful organisation and understanding your own behavioural style and the impact that has on other people whether it being your direct reports, team, clients, or family; how you choose to show up and treat people really matters and has an impact.
