Where do I start? 

Before working together, we’ll make sure we’re the right fit. Before making the decision, we'll have an initial chat, followed by a free planning session. 
 
Once we've had our discussion and agreed to collaborate, we'll establish a contract and set up your monthly payments. Before diving in, we'll begin with a three-part initial process to make sure we're aligned and ready to achieve the best results.

Step Back 

By distancing yourself from daily tasks, you’ll gain clarity and open yourself up to new ways of thinking, which can help enhance your managerial capabilities. 

Self-Discovery 

We'll delve into your character using the DISC personality assessment and discussions. By evaluating your nature and skills, we can pinpoint areas for growth. 

Tailored Development Plan 

Together, we'll craft a plan that targets your business and management objectives. This plan will encompass self-management skills and crucial management topics such as communication, feedback, leading effective meetings, setting clear KPIs, and delegation. 

  The real work begins  

Once we’ve gathered all the information we need, we can get going. 
We’ll set up a roadmap for you, detailing where you are now, where you want to get to, and how we’ll measure your progress. Then, we'll get going with our fortnightly or monthly one-to-one meetings. They’ll be face-to-face or via Zoom – whichever suits you best. Or they can be a mix of both. 
 
You’ll also get a ‘tool kit’ to help you implement your plan. This will include your DISC profile, suggested podcasts, a reading list, useful templates, and practical guides. And we’ll take you through it all, so it makes perfect sense. 
Throughout the entire coaching period, you are also free to reach out to me anytime via phone, WhatsApp, or email – and there’s no limit on the number of times you can do this. 

What’s the cost? 

The personalised one-to-one business coaching plan costs from £500 a month depending on the the nature of your bespoke plan.
