DISC profiling makes them visible.
Understanding yourself and your profile is a perfect way to build your leadership and management qualities. Knowing your style and recognising other styles gives you a different way to engage with people so you are on their page. We can either run individual profiles or build a whole team enagement workshop set to enhance your business goals.
What does this involve?
There are 2 options.
1) Individual DISC reports - each individual completes an assessment which generates a full report. You can do this for yourself or the whole team can do assessments. Each report comes with a feedback session to understand each style and a full understanding of your own profile.
2) A group workshop - this is a perfect way to introduce a group to DISC, in a fun and engaging way you can find out what DISC is how to recognise each style and how to use this as a tool in your day to day and working life.

What do i need to do?
Just complete an online assessment from the link sent to you from LJS Elite. The LJS Elite does the rest.
For a workshop Lorna will discuss the outcomes you're looking for and get to understand more around your business oobjectives and build the workshop to enhance your team engagement. Great for new leadership teams, people new to management or teams looking for something that little bit extra.
How much time will it take?
For the online assessment you'll need to set aside 15 minutes to complete and the feedback session will be 45minutes
For a workshop this can be bespoke from 1 - 2 hours to a full day if desired.
